Food choices......

Predictable in my food choices, it was a no brainer for dinner at Campfire, the restaurant at my "base camp" - Chicken Caesar three time!  A soft boiled egg and it would have been perfect....


On tour now, I went Swedish for lunch at the Vasa Museum yesterday...or so I thought!  Celeriac and chestnut soup and a cardamon sweet bun - delicious!


Last night was our traditional Swedish meal - herrings three ways followed my meatballs with lingonberries.  Certainly no Swedish in my DNA....although the lingonberries are good with muesli for breakfast!
